Our products
In addition to small parts made of polyurethane (PUR) and thermoplastics for the automotive industry we also produce gear shift levers and seals for well-known customers such as VW, Seat, Opel, Audi, Mercedes and Skoda.
We manufacture using semi-automated carousel systems as well as production stations in which the forms are manually filled.
Production technology
Polyurethane foam (PUR) is formed by mixing two components: polyol (component A) and Isocyanat (component B). The chemical reaction resulting from mixing the two components is shown in the figure to the right.  |
